attachment motorcycle & car for wb 1060 balancer

looking to buy attachments for my 60 dollar balancer I need especially the motorcycle attachments shaft and collars I attached a picture
if anyone knows where I can get them reasonably

any one out there that even know someone who has one maybe there not using the motorcycle adapters

now I have to find a manual for the WB 1060 to learn how to use it looked on line so far no luck on that model
