Found a deal like that once, drawer missing. Checked for a replacement drawer and with shipping the drawer would have cost more than the cart.
So he's asking $195. Say a drawer was another $200. Would that be a good tool cart buy at $400? Probably, if one wants a hell-for-stout tool cart.

I have seen this off and on for the last couple weeks or longer on Craigslist. I don't think he has budged on the price.
The guy's mane is Byron. He owns a metalworking machinery dealer in Gresham. Always has top quality equipment, but you will never get a better than market value deal from him. Sumbitch has beat me to several tools I was trying to buy. His prices are what they are, and he doesn't haggle unless he's the one buying something. I'm not knocking his business, just making it clear this is not a standard CL deal (if there is such a thing, lol).

Whats the price of steel today, and how much do those weigh?...IMHO thats exactly all its worth.
Could buy 3 of em...cannablize one of them to save 2 others (looks like Drawer 1, 2 & 3 are the same size). but other then that, Lista doesnt support anything made last week or older so buying a single drawer, slides, pulls, or anything you might need to get em in tip top shape is NLA.

I wondered that too. Maybe there's 4 drawers with #1 on them sitting in a corner somewhere completely forgotten.
