You need to bring back the old hard handles.....not the stupid *** racing handles, but the real deal. The lunacy on Ebay is driving me nuts!!!

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but what's wrong with the racing handles?

No offense intended for those who have the racing handles. It's just my first set of SO drivers didn't have the word racing anywhere on them. To me, it makes them look cheesy. JMHO

If you use them, the logo wears off anyway. I don't care what the logo says, I just prefer the handles to anything else I've tried.

They came out with the racing ones because they drive screws faster. Fact.

the hard handles are available in red, orange, and green online. I ordered a green set last week with my driver to look at and they were not the "racing" edition. I might buy another set for back up this week.

I like the old ones, my first set is black and my next set is orange which is easier to see when dropped. Been tempted to get them German sets one day if funds reproduce, lol

Funny about some things most people do not like change. I miss the better quality drill bits and when companies used to stamp each product with a name and number. Today you can buy screwdrivers that the name wears off or worse taps & dies where if they even collect any rust you can not read the numbers anymore.
I don't mind the racing handles but over time and with a little brake fluid it all comes off.
