So I was just interested if anyone could tell me if these are of any value.

^ They do, to the right prospective collector or buyer. "Circle H" Craftsman tools were manufactured by the New Britain Machine Co., at some point between 1931 and 1947. (use the search function at top right to find "Craftsman Hand Tool Manufacturers & Date Ranges")

As to "monetary value" - that is entirely determined by what a prospective buyer is ready and willing to pay at point of sale. Nobody here has any crystal ball.
You can check the "sold" listings on ebay (using the "advanced" search feature) and try to get some vague idea of what people are currently paying for them. (Asking prices are not the same as selling prices.)
