I recently bought a used small Enco mill and was not happy with the supplied stand. No storage, stationery, no work surface. Was going to build my own stand but saw an auction listing about 30 miles away in Sarepta LA for Morgan Saw, a saw manufacturer that had closed due to bankruptcy due to a lawsuit apparently. The auction pictures showed several machine tools, benches and carts so figured I would see if I could find something ready-made for a budget of around 100 bucks. Found a nice little cart that looked sturdy and just about the perfect size. Lots of stuff piled on it too. Only one other real bidder on it besides me, I got it for $85, after fees it was $100.98. Pefect! As I loaded it up on my trailer I realized there were several machine tools on there but had to hurry up so other guys could get their stuff.

Got it home Saturday and beefed it up a little with some angle iron since I was putting a lot of weight on it. Monday I mounted the mill quick before a cookout and a little Texas Hold-em with friends (I was the big winner for a change LOL) I really like the way it sits on there and is very sturdy and mobile. There is a little shelf that holds the vise perfectly and a Craftsman Grip latch drawer middle section fits perfectly. I even have enough room to add another drawer section on top of the first one when I need more tool storage.

Today I sorted out the goodies that came with it. My mill takes R8 collets and there were 3 of those there along with several USA made mills, taps, drills, countersinks, brass hammer, some lathe stuff and about 200 new lug nuts. Score!

Plus there was a lot of steel stock included too.

And on the way home I scored a couple of Blackhawk tool boards for $7! One new for combo wrenches that was nice, the other for pliers and screwdrivers which was faded from sitting out in the sun.

Here's a few pics.

Hey, no kidding! Those are a newer style...not sure if they are the absolute newest or what, but they are newer than anything I have. You can buy the most current boards online from at least on distributor, and the prices are absolutely hilarious. For $7, you kicked major **** on those things.
