Be very careful when you order Autel tools that you go to Autel.com or someone representing Autel.com. I ordered an Ultra from an Online Autel outfit and received a tool that I could not use, it wasn't a US model, so I returned it and the game began. I returned it to the return address, sent them an email with tracking #. They said wrong address, so I had the package returned and I shipped it to the address they gave me. They promised me return labels 3 times over a 10 day period, never got one. I bought another UPS label and emailed them the tracking #. I also emailed the day before delivery and the day of delivery and got no return emails. I disputed the transaction with Paypal. They were claiming they didn't get it, of course I forgot to ask for signature, that's my bad. They would not give me the serial number so I could claim it lost or stolen. After two months, PayPal ruled in my favor. I don't know what went on in their investigation but was VERY lucky to get my money back. I am yet to receive an email from them. I believe they tried hard to not receive it before a thirty day return policy had expired.
