Ive had them stuck like the dickens before but always got them out.
I made a tool out of a straightened fish hook that worked damn good.
wish I could find pics of it. show me your removal tools

I use a skinny needle nosed plier. They seem stuck but I've never failed to get one out this way.

Ive used hemostats,skinny needlenose and sometimes gotten pieces but then I came up with this tool and it beats them all

when they are stuck real bad its because someone used stopleak and or the compressor took a dump and system is full of metal.

Use small needle nose pliers and a small propane hand torch . Pull has you touch it with heat. It should pull right out.

hemostats, when i lost them i ground down some cheap needle nose pliers to remove in a pinch.
