Looking to upgrade my home tool set with some good auto charging system and diagnostic tools and general electrical troubleshooting. I have a very nice Fluke meter (27 II)

My existing battery charger is very old and works okay but it's not fast and has no float charge. I have a few wally world float chargers.

Like to have a decent battery load tester and fast smart charger. All in one is nice but not essential and some well designed "smarts" for diagnostics would be ideal.

Not looking for multi thousand dollar professional stuff just good stuff suited for the home mechanic.

Harbor Freight carries a reasonable load tester for $50. A good multimeter combined with an understanding of how the charging system works are the primary tools to use. Honestly I don't see a huge need for a load tester at home. I pull a battery from another vehicle or swap batteries to distinguish between battery or vehicle problem.
