Auto darkening welding helmets

what's a good one for oxy/acetylene welding. Normally I use a 5 or 6 power lens when welding with oxy/acetylene but all the helmets I see start at 9? What do you use for this type of welding?

I use this Harbor Freight one - has variable shade control: adjusts from #9 to #13 with a resting shade of #4
