I haven't ordered from them in 6 years until last month when I figured I'd try to save some money. Placed an order only to get old chemicals meeting expiration date. I returned the order and they've been sitting on it for over a week now without providing a refund. I had to file a PayPal claim.

I have NEVER had a payment/refund problem with ordering from the Geek and when I have had a problem with my order they have resolved it immediately...... Good company to deal with.

Agreed. I only ever had 1 problem with an order where they sent me the wrong item. By looking at the bottle they are identical except for 1 word, so it is easy to screw that up. They sent me the correct item and I kept the wrong one they shipped.

I've bought a ton of detailing supplies from them over the years. They are one of a few I buy from frequently.

Not sure, but I had originally stopped ordering from them after an issue in with an order they did not resolve to my satisfaction. I figured I'd give them another try, but after this I won't be ordering from them again.
This time, I placed an order from AG, and 3 days later I ordered from Carpro-us. My carpro order arrived several days sooner than AG order. I placed another order with carpro to replace the items returned to AG.

Carpro-us typically does not run sales like autogeek. They do offer a few items at a time that are often in the 10-20% off range. My account is set up as a pro account do I get a bit off every item usually. However, carpro-us has amazing customer service, fast shipping, and knows their stuff.
