This is an amazing space. I can visualize this at the lake. The over hang would be a super spot to visit with family and friends and enjoy the view. The garage portion would have to be turned into additional bedrooms. Sorry about that guys! A separate garage could be built in the back, for toy storage.
I have to go check my lotto tickets now as a big win is the only way this would come to reality.
