AutoKato mid rise lift help needed

Just went to power up my autokato lift for the first time. Nothing happens, no light, no relays clicking or actuating, nothing. I've checked voltage on the supply and load side, when I manually actuate the contactor, voltage reads through, but still nothing. If anyone has any experience with these, I would greatly appreciate the help. There is not much info anywhere to pull from.

Yessir, e stop is out. Even tripped it and reset it, read continuity across the terminals to make sure the e stop switch was working properly.
