Automatic foundation vent

Anyone used these automatic foundation vents. Open at 70* and closes at 40* by there self with no electricity. Thought about using on backside of my shop in the wall to help ventilate shop. Back of them would be accessible from inside if I wanted to force closed or shut. They will fit between the ridges on my metal siding. How many would a 24x40 shop need? Spray foam insulated

My brother had them and said his never worked properly. They were recently replaced with the manual ones. Maybe you'll have better luck.

Believe me when I say they ****, just like Stevie-Ray said about his brothers. I put foam panels behind mine in the winter because they leak so bad. It's hard to change them out for manual ones on a brick house.
