I was wondering which unit is better quality. Note that I will be replacing the hose with my current goodyear rubber line. They are both roughly the same sale price ($15 diff)

This CH unit is about 1/2 the weight of the Princess Auto (Harbor Freight equiv) unit.

Just walked out to the garage, Mine is made by reelcraft and has a NAPA label. They lasted about 5-6 years under heavy shop use. They went up and down (mounted to the beams on the ceiling) at least 10 times a day

From the picture it looks like the PA unit already has a rubber hose. Something to think about.

Is the NAPA one like the CH or PA unit? Notice that the PA unit only has one arm (all welded) while the CH unit has two (bolted together)

Got 5 of the HF type units up seem to work well, and for $35 complete with
hose its hard to beat.
All are mounted to the ceiling, one even survived being hit with fork truck mast,
after some bending & straightening.

I got mine at lowes, it looks just like the HF units. Its been going strong now for 2 years. I put a flexzilla in it about 8 months ago. The red rubber hoses that the cheaper units come with dont hold up to car chemicals very well.
