I would recommend Tooltopia.com. They offer free shipping on all orders over $75, great prices (one of the cheapest), and fast shipping.

Tool topia, amazon and ebay. Have picked up several otc and kent-moore sets off ebay that were only used once by the seller for dirt cheap.

I bought a few items on EBay. 5hunter and blackhatauction are the user names of the ones I use the most. I use some sites like SPX.com and OTCtools.com or other specialty tool sites to find what I want or need and then do a search on places like ebay, amazon or just google it to find some of the cheapest prices in the best condition. But that is how I do it. If it's a tool I need now then I will check the local stores like carquest, napa, autozone(please don't shoot me for that one) or O'Rielly's.

Blackhatauctions always has a large selection of specialty stuff, I've purchased quite a bit of rotunda from him, with that said his pricing is weird and all over the place and varies from day to day.

I've bought several Kent Moore tools on Ebay that were listed as used and turned out to be brand damn new.

Yeah. But his prices are still much better than buying those same tools new from OTC or SPX. I had bought all the tools I needed to replace the axle seals and bearings on my truck. SPX price for all those tools was over $1000. I spent maybe $300 total. Just catch it on a good day I guess.

Absolutely.. But one day it might be $150 and the next $25.
