Yeah - I getcha. I just meant for an outsider that may assume a Canadian designed and built aircraft would have metric hardware.

Canadian gas turbine engines are still SAE, although I worked on a project in the 80's for a non-Canadian North American government that was metric. Confused the heck out of everybody.

Was putting tip tanks on a T33 the other day, they are in 3 pieces... I was getting close to cutting the damn wings off with a Sawzall at one point.

which reminds me, I need to check another forum to see if anyone came up with a manual yet...
