Ok, I'm going to show my lack of experience with the subject, but I'm getting ready to finish my ceiling and walls in the shop with 7/16" OSB.

I've heard you want to avoid having a "4 way" intersection with 4 sheets and to stagger the seams..

What is the easiest way to do this?

Lay a "row" of sheet and then start the other row with a sheet cut in half or so to get the staggered seams? :headscrat

Exactly. But like zack stated start the second run where ever the center of the stud is closest to a half sheet.

Or if you have a partial at the end of the first run you can just start the second run in the opposite direction.
