Awesome Car Wax

Recently switched waxes to Mothers new line. It is called mothers synwax. The stuff is amazing. It requires no energy to apply and take off. Wipe it on. Let it dry. Wipes completely off in just one swipe. First time I waxed my black car since October. The paint was starting to look greyer and duller. Mothers gave it the deep high gloss shine I was looking for. The cars surface was very rough to the touch. Now it feels like it was just buffed. Also, there was alot of treesap on the hood that was very difficult to get off with cold water, and other products. I gave up and started to wax the car. Then I noticed the tree sap started coming off a lot easier. I highly recommend it to others. Here is a link http://www.autogeek.net/mo20016.html

Could the moderator please move this to the free parking section. I've been hooked on this forum for the last three hours and didn't even realize where I posted this. Sorry

If you like Mothers brand of waxes, you should look into Zaino and Adams. IMHO there are none better on the market.

Also, if you have rough feeling paint, look into clay bars, if your not removing the debris stuck into the paint, all your doing is covering it up with the wax/polish. I clay bar my vehicles at least once a year (In the Spring, before my first detailing session after winter), more if necessary.

I had my car buffed at the end of the season. I should've dug deep into the word banks. The paint wasn't really rough but if you slide your knuckle across it, it wouldnt glide. Next time I purchase car wax ill take you up on your advice.

Do a Google on "Stage 3 Motorsports". They sell alot of Mustang performance stuff but search on their site for "Adams" and you can Adams stuff there with no shipping.

I know a dealer for Adams, he cuts pretty good deals, if anyone is interested I can give out his contact information, just PM me.

I've been detailing cars for a pretty long time, I've yet to find any polishing system better than Zaino or Adams. I use a combination of both for my vehicles.

Hmmm, I get nothing on that Adams link, not even when I hand enter it.

I've never heard of them either, but I have used Zaino for years

I've used some Mothers products & they're good but for polishing & protecting your car's paint claybar,PC polisher,3M polishes, & Zaino are really really really really good.

If you are willing to spend a little, I highly recommend Menzerna products. Especially the "full molecular jacket" kit...By far the easiest wax I have ever used...I got it from a friend who is a dedicated auto detailer.

Gabe - thanks for the tip - I checked out the Menzerna line (which I had never heard of) on Autogeek - seems incredible - thanks again ED.

Menzerna FMJ is incredible! Even for cheap cars, it's not even like a wax, it goes on like a lotion, but the car stays clean longer. Expect to pay 2x-3x of the regular car wax though.

if you also buy their earlier stage products (polish, finish, glaze) then FMJ, with a buffer you will have incredible results. It takes hours but it's a long lasting shine not able to achieve by other methods..

Before you blow money on Adams, go to the Chemical Guys site (the manufacturer) and buy it there at a huge savings. Plus, they have a lot of other products that Adams doesn't offer. BTW, while FMJ is not my favorite sealant , Menzerna's line of polishes have to be considered the best in the world.
