I just happened to check craigslist at the right time today and saw a someone selling out all of their wood working and other tools. I got a hold of the seller and promptly went there. Obviously came home with more than I originally wanted. First two items I wanted were the bench grinder (with nice cast iron stand) and the drill press. Ended up also getting 2 wilton vises, 8 quick clamps, craftsman die grinder and a big bucket of screws. Total damage......

$110. The drill press is "industrial" rated with a 3/4" chuck :shocking: and too big for me to unload by myself.

(sorry about the last pic, photobucket might be the worst site i have ever used. Its 100 times worse that sears even being in completely different categories. The picture was right side up on my desktop, then showed upside side when i uploaded it so i flipped it back and now it shows upside here. I flipped it back so it was upside down in photobucket and its still upside down here. wtf)

I think you just sucked all the lake water out of the bay city MI area; those poor town folk might not make it much longer before they succumb to their bodies shutting down for lack of drinking water.

Are the quick clamps USA? I've got a single one that survived a fire. The damn thing will do work! Grips tight, never slips, never disappoints. It is my go-to clamp. I'd like to have a few more of them but I'm scared the new ones won't live up to the same standard.

What I'm trying to say is, I probably would have paid that much just for the clamps, assuming they're USA. They'll serve you right.

I had three prior to this and they are all usa made. I only looked at one and it was usa as well. When he said $15 for all 8 i couldnt turn it down.
