You're correct on both, it's been posted before and there's some nice places, not garages, but places.

They aint sheds. Very nice if you just want to hang around and lookit the pretty cars.
'how do they work?'..............no thanks. I like to work/play on my cars. The stone floors wouldn't like a 6 speed manual dropped on them and slid across to the work bench. A floor jack would make these owners cringe too.
