It’s a real cactus, there are several large saguaros on the property. No business just projects, cars and other house projects.

That garage is not built for commercial use?

You country guys sure got it good. On my block, if you can squeeze out of your car door when parked in the garage, you are lucky. And most here have that little bump out in the back wall of the garage that goes out about two or three feet, probably added when the cars got longer in the 1960’s, so you can close the garage door with the car inside.

Ran water and septic lines today. Was very hot but got it connected. Started drywall in bathroom last week also. Feels like finishing touches.

Looks great. Was gluing conduit and water line for my shop yesterday. Started at 5am and was still 90 outside.

Mostly finished up bathroom this week. Drywall, paint and sink and toilet. We are getting close.

We passed our final inspection today!!! We have worked almost every Saturday for about a year and a half to get to this point. I have never taken on this big of a project that I didn’t have the tools and experience to complete but with the help of friends and family we are here. I have plenty of finishing projects to do but being done with the county feels great!!!

Been finishing up the inside of the project last couple of weeks. Adding trim around walls and doors. Also moved all junk to back half to put down first step of concrete sealer. Ghostshield 4500 down and 7 days lter will put down 8510.

Interior trim looks nice. Wish I would have done sealer/densifier.

Cut a access panel to get into attic and put down plywood for a floor.
Now to stuff **** up there.
