It's on backorder but it's still orderable. I'm not sure if this is Chinese or US. B&S used to be good but I'm not sure anymore.

It's a Swiss set. Probably made by Tesa (or maybe Etalon) and rebranded B&S.

Still a great deal, I was in for one right away.
