back door action

So since the two front overhead doors are gonna run about 3 grand, I've decided to build my own back door, which wont get used as much. The opening is 10 high by 12 wide, so I'm gonna just do two 10x6 barn doors. Any great ideas about design, mostly making them light enough so that I don't get hinge sag? But still keeping them fairly rigid?

Have you considered sliding doors? If you go with hinges, check out 'Gorilla' hinges. Great for large heavy doors.

I put 4 roll up doors on the barn/shop. Was thinking sliding, but not enough open space between doors. Would never consider hinges....
