Bad day for this garage

This is across the street from my apartment. We got about 8 inches of rain this morning within a few hours! I don't know whats inside but this made me cringe!

Looks like it`s parked in a parking lot behind the garage. I would cry if that was mine. Hopefully it`s empty, please let us know what you find out.

Yeah there is a driveway behind the garage where the boat is. Probably should have put the garage on high ground and the boat where it might flood
