bad finish

hey guys, talking about bad luck,
its been a couple years iv been living with it,
so i had my new garage floor pored, every thing was good, then not 30 minutes after everyone left, it started raining,
omg...
i could do nothing but cry..
seams like the rain washed the finish off or something, there are rocky areas showing in a few places, and over the years they have gotten worse.
i cant really even sweep the floor, it makes dust cloud.
so is there any way i can seal this, i do a lot of work on it, lots of floor jack and jack stand action, and engine stands rolling around.
now iv got really bad rocky spots i cant even role anything across...

hey scotty, id like to do both if i can..
in the center where i use my jacks most its real rocky, hard to role anything, haha, i just keep telling myself, its better than the dirt i had before..
but id like to fix it if i can.

Either you can have someone diamond grind it smooth or cap it with a self leveling concrete topping. I would recommend to epoxy and polyurethane both options.

There are many Companies who offer self levelers (Mapei, Ardex, CMP, Drytek, Duraamen and Rapid Set to name a few) and each manufacturer offers a few different formulas, Make sure you ask for a wear topping.

We have a product that can be put down at 1/16" using a notched squeegee.

Works very well and can be topcoated with any epoxy or urethane.

just remember, the thicker the epoxy, the more aggressive prep you'll need
