Both are good manufacturers, I like the quality of Beta ratchets.
The real question would be; Which is easier to warranty? You've stated that Snap On is difficult to locate and Sears does not exist in Poland.
And by the way Welcome!

Beta doesn't provide a COO on their tools, several are from China and can be found for cheaper under different names.

I recommend Hazet but if you only want Beta or Bahco go with Beta.
