You wouldn't mistake these for Snap on, but when you compare prices these really can't be beat

I had no idea a woodworking place would sell Bahco.
I would trust those to last a long time.

I've not seen them in the store prior to the sale. They do stock a couple of different sets of Felo screwdrivers including some wood handled ones. That's about it for tools a non wood worker could love.

bahco-made by williams-owned by snap-on. i bet if you look up that patent number it is the same as some snap-on ratchets.

bizarre because i just picked up the set up here in ontario at princess auto

45 bucks

i would think these are seconds because there are pits on some of the sockets, but the chrome on the ratchet is really nice.

I saw them yesterday for $60, don't really need more 3/8" drive SAE sockets but might consider a set if the price drops a little lower. I think they're a good set, but there's several drawbacks:

- ratchet seemed nice, but a tad on the coarse side at only 36 teeth, although the head seemed fairly compact.
- extensions are not knurled, which is a fairly big drawback for me, since those would be the pieces in that set that would be most useful to me.
- sockets are nice, but as commented on above, the chrome wasn't quite perfect, and I noticed the size stampings weren't as crisp as I'd have expected. Again, not a big deal, and I do think they'd clean up a bit as the ones I saw look like at least the ratchet was shipped with a light bit of grease on the chrome.
- discontinued, so no replacements or additions
- not available in metric
