I recently came across a video with an intersting mobile service cart from Bahco, the E72 Storage Hub. They're nice looking carts with a number of color options and accessories. I like how the drawers are configurable both in sizes and position.

Does anyone know if you can get these in North America? At first glance they look European and expensive but there's some sites in the UK selling them for around $500 USD equivalent, which isn't far off a larger but less flexible 34" service cart from HF.

Those look pretty good. But the 30kg drawer rating doesn't exactly scream "heavy duty". The HF USG cart is rated at 120 lb/ drawer, and even the old Craftsman griplatch boxes, which don't get much love here, were rated at 100 lb/ drawer.

These are European toolcars. Typically you load them up with the foam trays like this:

I think you order the cart with the trays. I'd be very surprised if you manage to load it up to 30kg with a tray like that, or even 15kg for that matter...

You need to consider these are also much narrower.

Sad truth is, this segment is way more competitive in the US and the European tool carts are a bit of a rip off in my opinion. The other thing is, Americans need a lot more tools for the SAE stuff so the toolcarts carry more tools. In Europe, you don't ever need that unless you're maybe working on older Harleys, which is also ultra rare...

The Bahco drawer capacities are a bit confusing. It looks like there’s a regular model with 30kg and a “premium” model with 45kg. Definitely under the 54kg of the 27” HF roll cab but not too far off.

The total load capacities are interesting though. HF lists the 27” as having 1,200lb or 544kg. The Bahco lists 600kg and 1000kg for the standard and premium.

If you have the 27” HF top box on top of the roll cab and factor in it’s own weight, you only get an average load capacity of for 82lb for each of the 13 “levels” of drawers.
