I've seen similar bizarre sets on the bay. Is this some kind of factory outlet product?

Years Ago Bahco liquidated a giant inventory of misc hand tools and sockets. The guy who bought it paid way to much for loose wrenches and sockets. Anyways... Long story short he made sets out of them and sells them to surplus dealers around the country. We were offered the deal, but turned it down due to how the sets were made up. I hope this helps.

Very odd assortment.almost like a sampler pack.and the description doesn't make sense.supercombos and supertorques are different wrenches altogether.

Kinda worthless set no 10 or 13 most common sizes most cars
No 1/2 r 9/16 most common home ,wood or older cars
If 2 people could share to fill in sets maybee but y bother

Don't bother. Those are in no way close to the quality of the Bahco/Williams SuperCombos. I had a seller try to send me a set of those standard non-polish/chrome sets, and they were rougher than Craftsman RPs. Needless to say, but I was PISSED when they showed up when I ordered SuperCombos.
