I have that tube notcher and misplaced the degree wheel the last time it was apart. Contacted Baileigh and it will cost $45 :shocking: and some change to get it replaced. Would any of you be able to photo copy, scan or take a nice picture of it with a diameter dimension and send my way. I will try to make another, or just have it printed. It is just a flat, thin gauge piece of metal with 3 hole and some numbers on it. Needing the 3 hole location in relation to degrees on the disk.

Baileigh absolutely *****... Their products ****... their customer service *****... all of it.
I had two of their machines and the belt/disc sander was absolute TRASH out of the box. I understand everything is China stuff... but their stuff is a cut below.

Sound's like you've had problems too

$45 ain't bad considering what a metal degree wheel for setting timing costs. You should be able to google degree wheel template and print one off. Attach with magnets or tape until you adjust it correctly and drill the 3 holes.

baileigh totally *****..

bought from them a 30t shop press, then a DBG-106 disk and belt grinder. First time they shipped belt grinder to me in a wooden crate. During shipping, UPS lost it, then they found it 3 weeks later. Ofcourse when they brought it to me it was damaged. I refused the delivery. Waited around 4 months to get a replacement. 2nd time around they shipped it bubble wrapped. Stupid me, I didn't inspect it before accepting the delivery, since there were no visible damage outside. Once I got it in my garage and unpacked it, sh%t was damaged again..

At this point I wanted to return this junk back to Beileigh but they refused to take it. I was even willing to pay for shipping, I was so pissed. They offered to replace broken parts, but thats about it.

I was fedup with their customer service, with their shipping methods, and honestly quality *****. There were broken / missing bolts from the factory, they were not damaged / lost during shipping. I would expect something like that from Harbor Freight.

Will never buy anything from those guys again.

So back to the OPs problem at hand :wtf:

I'd just go to a staples or office supply store and get a draftering degree wheel in the appropriate diameter and mount it. It wouldn't take any effort to clock "0" at 90 degrees to the base since you can just use a square on the base for sighting "0" and "180". And being plastic you can easily find the mounting hole locations or even use something like a fender washer to hold it with a screw.

I keep several plastic drafting templates for not only lay out but modifications for something unforeseen for just such occasions.

This is a great idea, I need to grab a couple, I usually mark on cardboard what I need then tape to the objects in question.

Now back to off topic at hand. Several years ago I ordered a Baileigh 10T benchtop shop press from Zoro. Had it shipped free to a freight fowarder in California then to Hawaii which was cheaper than shipping straight from Zoro. It arrived with the gage damaged. I emailed Zoro and they offered to take it back, shipping at their cost. I told them I bought a gage from a local hydraulic store. They offered to reimburse me for the gage and I declined. Awesome customer service from Zoro.
