I've got a set of longtube headers and I spray painted them with header paint that doesn't set unless it's heated in an oven. I know they wont fit in a regular house oven so Im stumped.

Anyone here build or concoct something to do this? I was thinking about getting a counter top bake oven from a thrift store and taking the guts out making an enclosure out of plywood. I don't know if that would retain the heat enough to bake the paint in all the way through though, any ideas?

Run the motor till they're are smoking, then let'em sit ... make sure they are clean of any oil first, and don't touch them till they are cold.

Take it to your local powder coater. Their ovens are made for that sort of thing and the cost is pretty cheap.

I just shoved steel wool in the sections that bolt to the motor then ran my heat gun overnight in the unplugged section.
