Baldor 500 Bench Grinder Wiring Help

Hi I posted this over on the vintage forum but didn’t get any hits. Anyways I just got this Baldor Model 500 Bench Grinder and can’t get it to run quite right. As soon as power is turned on it’ll spin but very slowly.

So I’m thinking 1) the capacitor is shot or the wrong type or 2) maybe the wiring is wrong somehow. (It came with the wiring not connected to anything) I found a wiring diagram on Baldors site but unsure if i got it connected correctly. Let me know if anybody can help thanks!

I think I figured it out, I checked baldors site again and saw there’s a section for parts. They list a 12 uf/mfd 370 vac capacitor so I’m gonna try that first. Thanks for the replies!
