Baldor 500 Carbide Bench Grinder Wiring Help

Acquired a Baldor 500 Bench Grinder recently and trying to get it running again. It came with a spare capacitor but it spins really slow. Wondering if it’s the correct one, either way they’re cheap enough to replace. Also would like to know if the wiring is correct.

Any help is appreciated!
