I picked up what I believe is a Vintage Baldor 712 Grinder. I came mounted on a very Heavy duty cast Baldor Stand. I am restoring it and was wondering if anyone could give me any info on what year it might be. I’ve attached a pic of the serial tag. Let me know your thoughts.

I have a 712, appears identical to yours, at least from the viewable image, however the data plates or labels were gone when I acquired it in 1976 and it was probably 10-20 years old then.
These are well built, fantastic grinders!

Also, if you zoom into the label along the side it says “G7 41”. Anyone know if this has any relation to the manufacture date? See pic below.
