Baldor Grinder Motor Identification

I'm midway through restoring a trio of Baldor 1021W grinders complete with pedestals. The units came from a factory auction where I bought based on photos of a lot of grinders. My three were all missing the embossed metal Baldor motor nameplates by the time I took possession of them.

Unfortunately, the only legible labels remaining on the motors are what appear to be factory build labels. These are attached to the underside of the motor stator/center body section inside the motor base housing, so they were protected from the environment.

Anyone familiar enough with Baldor products to know if I can relate the information on these labels into a serial number for the finished grinder? If that's a bridge too far, can an approximate build date be extracted from these labels?

Just a WAG, but possibly 03-259 = 259th day of 2003 and 04-328 = 328th day of 2004? Both were Tuesdays as it turns out.

I think that sounds completely reasonable to me. However, the only way to be sure would be to open up a Baldor grinder that still has the motor tag and see if it correlates with the stator label that's hiding inside the motor support casting.

I know that's a big ask...could I offer something in exchange for some Baldor grinder owner to do that?

BTW, I have reached out directly to Baldor on this topic. They are generally very helpful but as soon as I said the motor nameplates are missing the guy on the phone said there isn't anything more he can do to help. I know somewhere in a Baldor database, those barcodes could be traced to the grinder serial numbers that used those stators. I also know pests like me don't make Baldor/ABB anymore money years after the sale and they are a business after all.
