Baldor Grinder&pedestal Identification

i know the pedestal is a baldor is the grinder a baldor also, the guy wants to do some bartering with me, waiting to talk to him i can't read the tag can anyone identify it

I don't think the grinder is a baldor, but am not positive. Part of me wants to say I have seen green baldor grinders, other part of me wants to say no. Also the badge just doesn't look baldoresq to me. :dunno: Sorry I ain't much help.

The grinder was definitaly not designed for that, larger base pedestal. I'd ask for a close up pic if I was you.

Also, that guy has a bunch of nice, collectable equipment in the background. I spy at least 2 delta cast iron base machines. :drool:

EDIT, after blowing the picture up, I agree with J HAV, I believe I too see Baldor on the name tag. Probably a 6" machine?

In shop class in high school we had a green baldor and stand so they do exist but probably not to common and all the shop equipment was from around 64. That may help date the grinder.
