Okay guys...

I am rehabbing a Kirkland Signature gas grill from Costco, and i would like to replace the drawer slides. I am actually surprised they used ball bearing slides, and 10 balls per slide. Interesting. There are some **** tool boxes that don't do that. I have a cover for it too, so i am much less concerned about the slides rusting going forward. Also, only the left side rusted, and the right side looks great!

Anyway, I was wondering where to go about getting these slides. I'd prefer they be an exact match, as I can then just screw them into place. I can go down to Menards and get something to "make it work", but that isn't what I am going for. Any suggestions as to where to get these, and hopefully it won't break the bank.

I think you're going to have to adapt something else. Your grill was private labelled for Costco by Nexgrill, a Taiwanese manufacturer. This model has been out of production for many years and as you have found only a handful of parts are still available through Nexgrill or the trade.

Baer Supply co.
Custom Service Hardware.
Any woodworking supply outfit should have them. Accuride are the best, but pricey.

Hi cburnscrx, the only thing I can suggest is the BBQ Depot in Florida. I found them 2 years ago when looking for stainless steel replacement burners. They carry parts for all the major BBQ's.
