Ballast info-Phillips Advance

I opened up a 4ft t8 fixture at my local big box store. This is the ballast inside. I can't seem to find any info on it. Decent quality unit, or stay away?

Good quality. Just converted T12 lights to T8 with a Phillips Advance ballast. Quick start up, no hum.

Also replaced 4 dead fixtures at work with these (the 4 light kind)
