So I got this Ballistic Jump Start pack.

I really like it it Small portable and all of that.
I have a Old John Deere 140 tractor that the Battery is not the best on it and the charging system is not working on it. I have not had time to work on the charging system and most time when I'm gonna use the tractor for extend time I just hook up the jump pack and close the hood and just run it around till I'm done with the tractor. Most tractor task are 10 min to 40 min.
I guess my question is am I doing damange to the jump pack by hooking it to the battery and leaving it hooked up once I have the tractor started?
Battery on tractor starts tractor 1 time. With Jump back on it I can get 3-4 starts for doing task's then tractor goes back in shed and hooked to trickle charger.
I know fix the charging system but I looked into that and it is most likley I need to pull the engine to get to the charging problem and I have other shop projects ahead of working on the 140.
I have a 3point on the back and its just to handy to have the 3 point for use for things so I just make due with how it is. Pic of 140 in action jsut cause
