Good article. Interesting to see the orange peel issue that a few others on this forum have experienced, and I'm happy to read that you guys are working to improve the application procedure to ensure it goes down right. Ballistix is still on my short list of coatings for when I do my shop.

Sorry for any confusion, what we mean is that for individual support like particular questions on a product, price quotes, etc, we request that Members contact us direclty as we are not able to offer individual support via PM since our CRM systems require an actual email address to we can track quotes, inquiries and questions so that no matter who responds to a call we have the proper history and are able to respond quickly and accurately. We don't monitor the GJ continuously so contacting us directly also allows us to respond much faster.

Would this product allow relatively easy reapplication after 5 to 15+ years if it started showing signs of wear?

I am interested in the product for a maple syrup evaporator building concrete floor and will make direct inquiries as the time approaches.

Hi, the product can be reapplied to itself with proper prep which includes running a sanding screed pad over it along with a wipe of the Iso 99% alcohol we carry. Without proper prep it wont' stick to itself once it cures.

Thank you very much.

We normally recommend filling joints after coating to prevent cracking from slab movement over the flexible joints.

We normally recommend for cracks either our Crack Repair Epoxy Mortar or our Flexible Joint Filler.

Depending on the crack type sometimes a Polyurea two part crack filler is a good choice and we like to recommend RS-88.
