what do you think you could get a 24x24x12 or 24x30x12 pole barn built for with slab and electric done for? I filled out a few things online but waiting to hear back. I got an offer to put a garage up at my aunts house just trying to see the difference between renting a garage for a year or building. if it was on land that my parents or I owned it would build and a lot bigger but since its her land I don't know what could happen down the line and I end up loosing my garage so I don't want to pay more then rental fee's would cost for a year. she said she would pay tax's and I cover the electric increase. sounds like its worth it as long as I get the garage built for under 20k.
btw I know price change with options but I want bare bones just either 2 over heads or 1 big over head (what ever is cheaper) 1 man door and 1 or 2 windows so I could get a fan or a/c unit in them. as far as electric I need 220 for welder, compressor and ill probably get a lift.
