Hi guys I'm having an issue with my Bambu A1. I'm using fusion360 to design custom trays, but my prints come out with smaller diameter holes, I've checked the design to make sure it's not me that is making the mistakes. It's definitely the printer or material (PLA). They come out .4 to 5 undersized. Not huge but enough to make my sockets not fit.
What have y'all done to fix this? I'm assuming it's maybe pla Shrinkage, from what I've read it's a 5% on PLA. I know there is a setting I can change to make them slightly larger in the printer don't remember unfortunately. I can always resize the holes by 2-3 millimeters, but that's annoying and time consuming.
Excuse my ugly work
, this is just a test piece. Final design will look similar but different.
