If it is complete and in running condition, it could be a nice bandsaw. However, a saw of that vintage is likely to need servicing… perhaps tires, bearings, guides, etc. Also check closely for cracks in the castings and especially the table trunnions. The asking price seems a bit high, but without inspecting in-person it’s hard to say.

It's old and rusty. A lot of things to modify/ change but it looks nice though. Maybe $50 - $70 price would be a good deal.
