Bandsaw blade stalling

So i have a 7"x12" JET horizontal band saw, yesterday when i used it it would start to cut the piece of metal and would stall. so i played with the down feed rate and would still stall out even on the slowest feed rate. So this afternoon i picked up a brand new blade hoping that would solve my issue, which it did'nt. The blade is good and tight so when the blade stalls it also stalls the motor and not just spin on the flywheel. So if any of you guys have any suggestions to solve my issue that would be greatly appreciated. I need the resolved quickly since i have a large project starting tomorrow and i prefer not to use my abrasive chop saw.

What are you cutting? Part geometry and tooth count make a difference.

There may be some residual compressive stress in the part? We cut railroad wheels with an abrasive water jet because the compressive stress in wheels cause the band saw blades to get pinched and stall the saw.

One piece was a 4" x1/8" flat stock and 2"x2" 1/8" tubing using 14 TPI and 10 TPI blades, also I'm not running coolant since the pump doesn't work.

Where are the roller guides in relation to the work. My 6x9 will do the same thing if the roller guides are too far back.
I don't use liquid coolant on mine, I feed low pressure compressed air across the cut to cool it, way less mess.

It seems like the blade guides are not well adjusted. Run on right speed / feed.

Kinda sounds like the blade is not tight enough losing traction on the wheels. Don't know if that model has tires on the wheels or not.

^^ He states it's stalling the electric motor and everything.

I would check the guides as stated and possibly for a chipped/broken tooth? A broken tooth could be giving the blade a good spot for it to snag.

Its not the blade that's the issue since i replaced the blade thinking it was a broken teeth causing the stalling. I posted the same question on Welding Web and a bunch of guys over there thinks that its the electric motor is on its last leg.
