Does such a thing exist or can someone machine one for me? I have a power steering pump threaded for a 16mm banjo bolt and need to connect a hose with a 14mm banjo. I can't seem to find anything out there.

I'm not interested in using AN adapters and braided line. Having a custom hose crimped is not a good option either as the 14mm banjo hose has a few inches of hard line with bends that I need to retain.

Is there enough meat in the banjo fitting to allow it to be drilled out to 16mm I.D.?

I thought about that, but it doesn't look like it. This is also the pressure side for power steering and I wouldn't want to chance it.

If you have a bit of hard line on the 14mm banjo,[about 2" ] just cut off the 14mm end and [silphos] braze the 16mm end onto it.

Put the 16mm end into a drill-vice and drill a rebate to press the hard line into it, then braze it.

I did this to adapt a Mitsy 16:1 power steering box into a C3 Corvette. it is still running strong after 18 years.

We reuse the ends of power steering lines weekly at the hose shop I work at, if you have the ends you want and there good I'd look up a local hydraulic hose shop near by and call. Should run anywhere from 40-60$.

Just don't tell them what it is for. Most of the shops around me will not touch automotive hoses, but will make you any hydraulic hose you want to any specification.

I'm not sure why that would matter unless there just being lazy. Of course i could see them not wanting to touch brake lines, that's a little diffrent.
