banned user?

so, the user "potato" has "banned" under his name, but they continue to post.

do i miss understand banned?

as an example, here is a post from today:

Took me a second to figure it out but look where the banned is placed.

their avatars were, well, i suppose aggressive is a good word. does the system allow you to stop people from using or changing their avatars?

We can remove or have Admin remove an Avatar that is not forum suitable.
If he was banned his membership status would be what shows as banned instead of as it shows presently as senior member.
