Barcelona or Andorra tool store???

Just wondered if anyone here gone to either of these places in the past and found a cool tool store in either place? Maybe a place to find Bahco or Facom or whatever.

Remember the horrendous 20% Value Added Tax...

I was in Andorra in the late 70's, and the Spanish Border Police wanted me to prove my AM/FM/Cassette Player/Recorder was in my !972 Dodge Charger R/T when I left Spain and entered Andorra...After three and a half hours, they finally relented, and let us back in the country...Andorra is a gorgeous place, just a little larger, than your living room...

If you're exporting tools from the EU, I believe you can apply for a refund of your VAT payments...I'm not sure --- but, I believe you can...

The only thing I know about Barcelona, was they had an albino gorilla in the zoo, and I'd told my kids that we were going to see my "Long lost brother", and that he was in jail...

Oh, and they have a pretty good soccer team...Barcelona, not Andorra...

30 years since I was there, the border police were more interested in my red beard than what I was carrying (I told them I was red beard, not Red Brigade) They let me through. From what I've seen on Tour de France coverage the border looks pretty open.

Oh geez just looked that up Knobby. Not the tools I was seeking but also quite interesting.
