Before and after pics. A 30'x24' pavilion addition. A neighbor contractor did the work. Hard to even get a estimate these days. Happy with the work. Yet more yard work to deal with.

Your not kidding on getting an estimate. west side is booming too. My mom got quotes for $18k for a roof on a 1,000 sq ft house and 500sq ft attached garage.

It has three bays and a cement pad for some furniture. Stocked fridge inside.
