24x32x10 post frame, trusses 4' on center. Going to put in an order for ceiling panels and have a few questions for some of you guys that have done it before.
Originally I thought of getting 16' panels but realized that that's a lot for one person to handle on a drywall lift. So I think I'm going to go with 2 12's and an 8'. Much easier to handle that way.
Going to go with blown in cellulose for R-19 maybe R-21.
Would it be a good idea to staple plastic to the trusses to keep insulation from falling down in the event you need to remove a panel.

my shop is 30x40 I did 13'6" panels with a drywall lift by myself, not my favorite thing but it was ok. Remeber you want a bit of overlap, but you gotta think ahead when installing the panels so you dont get an unmanageable "bunch" at the corners. I also did the plastic, cause it was cheap and took no time. I did r-50 in the ceiling

Staple polynup to truss, strap ceiling with 2x4 at 2’ centres. That will give your tin something nice to bite to and it’s cheap. It will also support the r50 you should put in your attic. R50 is min code in Canada. I blew r65 in my house attic.

16’ sheets aren’t hard on a drywall lift. But like mentioned above make sure your straight and not stretching sheets so your laps and corners that are 4 sheets thick will look nice.

You can also start your tin from the back wall(opposite overhead door) that way you don’t see the lap when coming in.
