125-foot run from home panel to barn panel. Running 2-inch conduit from home to barn (18-inch deep trench). Home is 200 amp service, but will run 100 amp services to the barn. Considering MHF AL 2/0, 2/0, 2/0, 4 due to distance of run. Most items are 120v but some items are 240v.

The house is on a crawlspace. I will use an LB fitting to enter the side of the house and a short run of conduit (14") to protect the MHF from the brick and block. It is my understanding that I do not need a conduit in the crawl or to the home's panel. Getting to the panel is not conduit-friendly due to a 5-pack of 2x8 directly under the panel.

Open to suggestions, better ideas, or corrections in what I am doing.

Mhf needs conduit anywhere that isn't underground. I wouldn't upsize the wire, that distance is so short it isn't a big issue
Thank you. I will take another crawl under the house to see what maybe possible.

You also could use smaller ser than 2/0 (needs to be bigger than #2 if you really want a 100a feeder though), then transition to larger wire for the bulk of the run. Might make routing easier
